The registration fees include access to the conference, the concert and the gala dinner.
* All accepted submissions should be associated with at least one non-student registration. Attendees with student registrations are asked to provide a proper certification of the student status at our welcome desk (copy of the University card, letter from the advisor on letterhead, signed and stamped, etc.). Student registrations are not acceptable for presenting authors, i.e., if the only author attending the event and presenting the submission is a student, they need to register in the normal category.
If you are a student from an institution member of SICSA (https://www.sicsa.ac.uk/), you are eligible to apply for a fee waiver (first come first served). To apply, please:
