Please, be at the Lindsay Lecture Theatre seated in the front row at least 5 minutes before your session starts, so that you will be ready to go on stage when is your turn.
Your slot and presentation order is indicated in the program: https://audiomostly.com/2023/program/conference-program/
In the poster/demo session, you will be provided with a banner where you can display a poster, a table and a plug to demonstrate all your artefacts. Please, if you have any audio/video please, bring headphones as there will be many other authors around you.
Please, set up your poster/demo, before the presentation slot, so that your poster and demo is ready to go after your presentation. We recommend you start setting up at least 20 minutes before the session starts so that you have some time to foresee any issues.

After the soundcheck, if you wish, you can go back to the conference. Please, make sure you will be back by 7 pm at the venue.
