For the presentation, you have the option to use the classroom computer (which runs Windows and is equipped with PowerPoint and Acrobat Reader) as well as to connect your own laptop through HDMI and VGA.

Preferably, to ensure a smooth transition between sessions, you can send your presentation in PDF or PPTX format to am24@di.unimi.it.

Please, be at room "Aula Magna Bertoni" seated in the front row at least 5 minutes before your session starts, so that you will be ready to go on stage when it is your turn.

Poster Presentations

Poster presentations will follow this schedule:

  • 3 minutes for a fast oral presentation
  • 1 hour for the poster to remain displayed

For this presentation, you will have to use the classroom computer (which runs Windows and is equipped with PowerPoint and Acrobat Reader)

To ensure a smooth transition between sessions, you should send your presentation in PDF or PPTX format to am24@di.unimi.it the day before your session at the latest.

Poster Specifications

Posters should be in A1 portrait format.

If you prefer to print your poster here, close to the conference avenue, you can find some copy shops in the surroundings, such as A.D. Copia Copiae

In the poster session, you will be provided with a banner where you can display a poster. We're still defining if there will be a table and a plug for the authors to demonstrate their artefacts. Please write us at am24@di.unimi.it to let us know if you need a table. If you have any audio/video, please bring headphones as there will be many other authors around you.

Please mind that in Italy, we have type C, F, and L plug types. You can find more info here.
