Registration

The registration for Audio Mostly 2022 is now open. All authors of accepted papers should register until August 1st.

Please note that Audio Mostly 2022 will be a physical on-site (non-hybrid) conference. 

Nevertheless, to support authors of long papers that cannot travel to Austria, we offered the possibility to submit their papers to a special online track. The presentations of these papers are the only ones that will be in video format. Please only register as an online presenter, if you already submitted your long paper to this special online track (we sent an access code to the authors of accepted online papers via EasyChair).

All other attendees and authors of accepted long or short papers should register for the regular on-site conference and present their work in person.

The registration fees of above categories include: attendance at all conference sessions (including AllAroundAudio Symposium); refreshments during morning and afternoon breaks, lunches 6th – 9th September, concert & pre-finals of Europe's Sixth Student 3D Audio Production Competition, including a reception on 6th and 7th September, conference dinner on 8th September, conference pack, and workshop attendance.

* All accepted submissions should be associated to at least one proper (i.e., not student) registration. Attendees with student registrations are asked to provide a proper certification of the student status at our welcome desk (copy of the University card, letter from the advisor on letterhead, signed and stamped, etc.). Student registrations are not acceptable for presenting authors, i.e., if the only author attending the event and presenting the submission is a student, they need to register in the normal category.

The conftool website will first ask you to set up a personal account. At the end of the registration process, you will be asked to transfer the fee via bank transfer. We will screen the incoming fees and after a few days, you will be able to download an invoice via your personal conftool account. We will also use conftool at our registration desk to check you in. After your check-in, you will be able to download your confirmation of participation in AM22. Students and ACM-Members will be asked provide a confirmation of their student status or ACM-membership at the registration desk.
